I need help in how to develop a new audio/video department for church/evangelistic work. I will appreciate some help with organizational structure, development of training curriculum, selection of equipment - with advantages and disadvantages, examples/samples of works that could help us get started pretty fast and any helpful hints.
There is not much going on around here (Accra, Ghana) in terms of technology for evangelism etc. What ever I develop could have a major impact in my community.
